Lakes of Rosehill was built mostly in the late 1990s and early 2000s. It sits at the older edge of the 2000s group, which shows in both the roofs and the siding.
A house here from the late 1990s may still have been built with hardboard siding on some elevations, which was era-typical on production homes then; one from a few years later is more likely to have fiber cement.
