Most of Longwood was built in the 1990s, and it looks it in the best way: mature trees, established yards. The trees are also most of what a roof here has to deal with.

Under tall trees, a strong wind does as much harm through falling limbs as through wind on the shingles themselves. Overhanging branches are worth trimming before storm season, and after any strong storm, a limb strike deserves a look at the decking from the attic, not just the shingles from the ground.
